Exclusive boarding to our day care family

Overnight boarding is a perk/service that is only available to our Doggy Day Care scamps.

Since they are already familiar with us, our home, the weekday routine, adding on an evening and a sleepover is far less stressful to them and they settle with us very quickly.

Your trial night for overnight care is available after a minimum of 4 consecutive weeks of day care. After that we will happily book your holiday, weekend and ad-hoc stays into our diary.

Your dog will have their regular daytime routine, and when all the other day care dogs have been collected, they will have their dinner and settle in the lounge with us and our dogs.

Sleeping quarters are in the dedicated Doggy Dormitory which is under camera surveillance and directly under our bedroom.

We cater for all dogs that have been crate trained and for those used to sleeping with free room to roam. We have plenty of beds and bedding for them all.

You’ll need to provide your dogs own food and treats (and their bed if theyre fussy!)

We are happy to store and serve all brands of raw food as well as kibble and meats as we have a dedicated freezer and fridge for it.

Our Luxury Doggy Day Care and Boarding service is in our family home in Gloucester, not in a field/barn or an industrial unit on a busy trading estate with extremely large numbers of dogs.

Our day care and boarding service is a real home away from home. It’s warm and cuddly. The garden is large and secure, with both a gravel play area, and a large covered paved area for the wet days.

We also have a dedicated spacious Air Conditioned and Heated Doggy Lounge and the Doggy Dormitory, where the scamps can relax or take a nap after some serious play out in the fields on their daily countryside walk adventures in Gloucester.

We accept a very limited number of dogs and have an application process to ensure your dog is a good fit for our gang.

I highly recommend Kev and Sheryl from Gloucester Doggy Day Care. Our Sid, fruitloop 10 month collie spaniel cross, goes one day every week to join his friends for an amazing day of fun. I wouldn’t send him to anyone else. Having come from a Pet care background myself, how difficult is it then to find someone to care for your own babies like you know they should. It’s a trust thing! My Sid adores his day at scamp camp and I know he’s in very safe hands. In fact when he arrives home from Doggy Day Care, he just wants to go back out with a Kev! Our little dog Benji has been going to safe and sound for nearly a year. We couldn't recommend them enough. Kev picks him up in the morning and drops him home at the end of day. He even stays with them when we are on holiday! They are so dependable and have never let us down. We feel lucky to have found Safe n Sound Doggy Day Care in Gloucester.

We've recently moved to the area having used a home day care facility at our previous location Having spoken to and visited several others in the area Sheryl was a breath of fresh air.
