Please note: 

Full payment is required in advance each Monday if weekly or the 1st of every month if monthly has been mutually agreed upon.

All Day Care places are held on a retainer basis.

A retainer fee of 50% will be charged if more than 4 weeks absence is taken in a calendar year, this guarantees that your space is not taken by dogs that are currently on a waiting list. 

This will be calculated depending on how many days per week you wish to have secured.

1 day per week = 4 sessions before 50% charge

2 days per week = 8 sessions before 50% charge

3 days per week = 12 sessions before 50% charge

4 days per week = 16 sessions before 50% charge

5 days per week = 20 sessions before 50% charge

The retainer fee will not apply for our annual leave, bank holidays and Christmas shut down.

Cancellation Policy: Day care will be charged at 100% if cancellation is not made before 8am on the previous WORKING day.
